After use and sun exposure, my son got puppies

My son liked this soap very much! It was his favorite soap/scent. He used it for a couple of weeks with no problems and then went on vacation to Florida. He usually showers in the morning and then goes to the parks in the nice sun. After about 30 minutes of sun exposure, he started itching and turning red. I checked his skin and noticed puppies popping up everywhere! Sent him back to his room for a cold shower and some Benadryl. He felt better. Day 2: the same! Same treatment, same results. So on day 3: 1) shower, 2) another soap, NO PROBLEM! I don't know what it is but he decided the soap wasn't worth it and gave it to his friends. Since then everything has been fine 🤷🏻‍♀️
