Worked great and I had no neck or shoulder pain

This pillow saved my life during my trip to Spain. Worked well on the flat but ended up staying in hotels on the way to the Camino de Santiago. The pillows in the hotel are very flat and do not support the head and neck. I sleep on my back and use this pillow to support my neck at night. Worked great and I had no neck or shoulder pain. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the stitching on the bag it folds into began to unravel during my ride. Stronger reinforced parts could be used for regular use.
