The best part about CentOs is that it comes pre configured, so you don't have to configure anything. You can simply install centos with your favorite package manager of choice (Yum/Apt) and then go ahead! It's very easy to use. I just installed it for my friend who has no experience in linux systems. He was able to get everything set up in less than 5 minutes. And yes, he started liking using computers right away without any problems at all.Cent Os is really good if you are looking for stability and security. If there were some more packages available (Like in fedora), this would be even better. But since its not possible, i think its ok. We are solving our problem of having stable servers which can handle many concurrent connections.
