After using activated charcoal powder on my teeth just once (don't ask me how much I regret it), greyish vertical lines appeared on the surface of my front teeth, mainly on the top. After a little research, it turned out that I had chipped the enamel on my teeth. In an attempt to get my teeth back to normal, I've tried other whitening toothpastes, hydrogen peroxide gargles, and whitening strips. Nothing seemed to work. The rest of my teeth are whiter but the lines haven't really changed. I got it on a whim. I can't really remember how I came across it. I was kind of wondering if some of the reviews were fake because it sounded too good to be true. But I'm not kidding, on the first use the lines disappeared. My teeth looked like they were completely normal again. i wanted to cry Of course I can't read Italian. So I don't know what the heck to really do about it. I just used it like I would use regular toothpaste. It worked great for me so I'll just keep doing what I'm doing - now I use it about twice a week. It seems to work well with the Sensodyne toothpaste, which I started using around the same time. Another thing I noticed after about a week of use was that my sensitivity to cold had dropped significantly. I'm not sure which toothpaste was the hero here, so I think I'll use Biorepair along with my regular toothpaste at times. Anyway, if you're skeptical like me, just give it a try. I hope this works for you as well as it did for me. It was a big confidence boost when my normal teeth came back.
