This bag is the perfect size between a handbag and a very large tote. It holds a lot but doesn't look like a piece of luggage. It closes with a zipper, which I really like. The shoulder straps are also very soft and very comfortable to hold in your hand or on your shoulder. The interior of the bag is gray so your belongings are clearly visible and is fully lined with pockets and compartments so your small items don't just pile up on the bottom of the bag. It also closes completely with a zipper so nothing can slip out. There are no external pockets, except that there is a hidden pocket just off the zip that perfectly fits a smartphone or passport, allowing you to stash it and still keep it fully accessible without having to open or rummage through the bag. .It looks fashionable and professional.
