This glove holder offers good value for money. I'm not sure how durable it will be, but I've been wearing it on my TacVest for several weeks with no problems. My connection loop had the hook on the opposite side to hook the molle better, but a strip of tape holds it together so it doesn't come loose. Without tape holding the hole together, it can lift and slide out of the molle. If used on a belt loop I don't think you will have this problem but my usage was pretty specific and it works fine.
