Missing part replaced
One of the side strap clips was missing. Since these binoculars are made in China, replacing them should be a real headache. I increased my score for these binoculars due to the fact that when I contacted the company they were quick to replace the missing strap and clip. It was a simple and cheap clip, without which it was impossible to use a binocular strap.
