Medium sag at the bottom

Medium has about 5 cm of sag at the bottom. I won't go back and try to make it shorter by sewing it. I don't need to do this step if the item fits suitcase size 22-24. My suitcase is a size 24. I also bought the large size and it fits my 28 inch suitcase perfectly.
