The best thing about SF is that you can get everything in one place! From account management to hiring process, SF has it all (and more!). It's not always easy to find what you need when you're looking for something specific so I recommend getting a copy of their staff reports book which gives more detailed information and allows you to search by role type and level. They are constantly updating their platform and adding new features, so there really isn't anything I dislike. If you want an agency that will go above and beyond to help your business grow they are definitely the ones to work with. We have a dedicated account manager who helps us every step of the way through our onboarding process and throughout the placement process. Their team is very knowledgeable and professional and always available to answer any questions we may have.
