I have other massagers similar to Trumedic but this one is very comfortable. free hands! I work in front of a computer all day and after a few hours my neck becomes stiff and uncomfortable. I keep it next to my computer for a quick massage anytime. He suggests 2 times a day but I use it when I start to feel stiff. It relaxes my neck and clears my head. I find it very stylish and well made. I will get more Christmas gifts for my colleagues and I think they will appreciate it :-)
