I bought another cat after 10 years of waiting. I had to make sure it was within my budget and that I had the time to dedicate to this nasty little creature. 10 years ago my Siamese cat died at the age of 17! I wanted to have a baby when I was ready and financially able. I researched different food options for her and chose these in the kitten formula. It was perfect for her health. I fed them from 8 weeks of age and then switched to the adult flavor. It worked well and I'm glad I went with this one and not another one I bought and ended up donating to a cat rescue organization. I think the one she didn't want to eat might have been "Max Cat". It arrived earlier this week, opened the jar and they were half frozen! IT WAS LEFT IN A TRUCK OR STORAGE TOO LONG AND WAS FROZEN. I REQUESTED THE EXCHANGE THROUGH A REFUND AND THE SITE SAID NO REFUND! LOOK INTO MY ORDERS, YOU WILL RECEIVE I HAVE GET IT ON SEVERAL X FROM AMAZON AND NEVER HAVE SUCH PROBLEMS! WHEN THE CAT FOOD THAWS, IT FLOWS LIKE SNITS. I HAVE TO VOTE THIS IN THE Trash BECAUSE I AM VERY NERVOUS ABOUT FEED THIS TO MY CAT! I HAVE NOT REQUESTED A REFUND, I WANT 2 NEW COVERS. THAT'S RIDICULOUS ! SHOULD I START BUYING IT FROM AN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS SHOP LIKE I HAD IN THE PAST, BRING IT HOME AND BRING IT HOME TOO? THIS COULD BE MY LAST ORDER ON AMAZON. I SHOP HERE AND HAVE BEEN SATISFIED TODAY. REFUSE TO REPLACE NOT 1 BUT 2 PACKS OF CANNED CATS THAT ARE SUPPLIED FROZEN?
