More of a toy than a hairbrush for my twins.
I love it but my 16 month olds just want to play with it. It's also a bit too strong. Three settings are not required. They are babies/toddlers. Even my regular adult electric toothbrush doesn't have more than one setting. She is VERY loud. Oh, and they are VERY easy to remove the brush head.
