Review on IndexPlus for Alfresco by Wayne Ohlrogge

I like all aspects of this product, from its ease-of use to it's ability as an integration tool with other AEM components (like Content).

There are also several outbound connectors available in order that you can easily connect indexplus into your existing system or content management systems such as Jira/SDRs etc.. We have used both Sharepoint & CMS Connectors however we found most useful was being able to search our documents within share point using Search APIs so users could continue searching when they were already logged onto their web browser.
