Received my item today. Used it right away. I wish I had bought this item sooner. Love it. Makes my face smooth. I even did between my daughter's eyebrows. She doesn't like to poke around. So it was perfect. No pain. I recommend cleaning the face very well, then using the product and then using an astringent to kill the germs. Then let your face dry and then moisturize it. I recommend this product to anyone struggling with facial hair.
