This pillow is really overstuffed! I put 20 gallons of crushed blue foam into the bags shown in the photo and video but the pillow is still too full, in fact I can easily make a second soft pillow from what was removed! Angle greater than 90° in the first night. No migraines, but the second night after removing just 5 gallons of stuffing, neck pain and headache kept me awake. Tonight, after removing nearly 20 gallons, the pillow is still full, but pliable enough that I think I'll be comfortable on it this time. I think I can do better than any other pillow on the market, but the manufacturer really stuffed it beyond human limits! Great quality, cools first but warms up like all memory foams. The inner core is really shredded blue memory foam, with a zippered synthetic inner lining and an outer shell, presumably bamboo fabric, which is soft and slightly soft to the touch. The king as I received barely fits the royal case so I would recommend ordering smaller as a case too small is not suitable for fitting this pillow. Think overflowing sausage, you get the idea! I don't expect any further issues, will update if this is the case. I have many old backup pads but I hope this is ONE.
