A disappointment, doesn't match description

I was excited to add this to my collection of arts and crafts for my daughter's birthday, but it was a letdown .Through trial and error I found that the design looked nothing like the picture. The colors were dull and the balloons didn't hold up well. The tablecloth also tore easily, leaving me frustrated..
