I was very disappointed with this pendant. I was drawn to it because my grandson is autistic. However, this is a tiny ½ inch charm. It has a sterling silver ring set with cubic zirconia through which the chain must slide. However, a bracelet is not included. It looks like a charm for bracelets that were popular in the 70's when I was a teenager. It doesn't have a clasp to attach it to a link in a bracelet, so it definitely goes with a necklace. It's quite pretty, with a heart made out of colorful puzzle pieces that symbolize autism awareness. It appears to be made of enamel, with each puzzle piece circled in sterling silver. The heart opens in the center to reveal a silver heart engraved with "Forever Love". However, because the heart charm is so small, the silver heart inside is too small to read. I really like everything about it except that it's too small so I didn't give it five stars. I wish it was at least big enough to understand what it is. It is of good quality.
