Twin girls are over 2 years old and still going strong

This review has been in the works for over 2 years. I bought this horse as a Christmas present for my twin nieces. They were 16 months old. They were small to him at first but loved petting and playing on, under and around him. As they grew, they became more confident in riding, after which the horse really began to train. They stood on his back like circus performers, pinched his ears and shook his head to make him sing and jump up and down. 2 years have passed and this horse remains one of my favorite toys. They play with other things but always come back to riding. My brother said they have pinched the feathers twice in the years they have had them. A spring cover is broken. It has never changed batteries and it still makes a galloping sound. He doesn't sing, but maybe the switch in his ear is broken or the batteries are dead. They painted parts of it with chalk (pictures). Like their uncle, it's my job to find toys that last and that they enjoy. Mission accomplished on this one.

Pros
  • Soft plush toy
Cons
  • Hard to say
