This is going to be a long review but we will compare the Classic 25.0L vs Mid-Volume 17.0L for those who can't decide which size to go for . I originally ordered the classic size. When it got to me two days later I thought it was too big. The thing is huge! After seeing it in person, I decided to buy a medium volume instead. However, with the return window being so large at the moment, I've decided to wait until I get medium volume before returning the classic, and I'm glad I did. As you can see from the photos they don't look much different when empty and side by side. Just looking at the sizes in the description, you wouldn't believe that they are very different. However, once I put things in backpacks and put them on my back, you will see a big difference. This may matter to some and not to others, but as you look at the photos, remember that I am a tall woman. I'm 5'10" and 260 pounds. If you're a petite 5-foot guy or girl, these backpacks might seem even bigger to you. With that in mind, my final decision is to stick with the large classic size. Read on if you like. a small suggestion for every backpack. Classic size is great when you carry a lot of things. I'm about to apply to nursing school, so I tested the backpacks, putting in my laptop, planner, binder, textbook, wallet, and a deck of cards in it, and classic goes with everything. I feel like I could still get away with it if I had to put another textbook or folder in it. When I tried to put these things in the middle of the volume, I didn't. I figured it could technically fit in a binder too, but I didn't want to try too hard and end up broken because at that moment I knew I'd be returning this size anyway. This backpack is great for those too who plan to travel a lot and would rather have a backpack than carry-on luggage. suitcase or duffel bag. Basically, this size is great if you have more than one computer and textbook. For example, a high school student who instead of a backpack has a locker to keep his books in, or a college student who doesn't carry his textbooks to and from campus (if he even buys them). . However, as mentioned above, I wouldn't take a bag this size if you plan on carrying more than a laptop and folder to school. It's also good for those who just want to easily carry their personal items in a backpack instead of a purse or bag. From the looks of it, both backpacks appear to be of good quality. My only complaint is that the front pocket is small on both. I wish this bag was a little bigger and I wish it had only straps or only a zipper. Instead, it has both, and it seems like a hassle to open and close both every time I want to reach into this bag and take it out. Needless to say I've had them for less than a week and there seems to be some other reviews so only time will tell.
