Great bag, glad I went with a well known brand. Sturdy, well-made zippers. Soft beautiful skin. One star deducted because another inner pocket would be very practical. For comparison, I bought another backpack bag from a company I had never heard of. He collapsed. I ended up wearing it with broken zippers and safety pins holding the straps in place. 4-21-21 My first review was about pink. Unfortunately, I liked it so much that I bought black because pink would get dirty very easily. Black is NOT as cool as pink! The large zipper, while heavy, sticks to both corners of the bag when opening and closing. The smaller zipper on the front also closes. I don't think they will last very long. The lining in the outer zippered front pocket is sewn on so that the bottom is a few inches narrower than the top. Think of the shape of a bikini underwear, large at the top and narrow at the bottom. My phone fits lengthwise into the pocket but doesn't go deep enough to close it because the lining is tapered. Terribly bad quality.
