Too heavy and shiny - requested return
These stairs arrived after a few months. The coating is glossy, so it shines much brighter than in the picture. Also, it's too heavy to easily move around the kitchen. I'm worried it will hurt my baby if it falls on her, so I asked to return it. Hoping that the company can understand and send the return information. Returns don't seem to be as easy as regular purchases from Revain. I had to send an email.
