not what I expected
The product is much smaller than expected. I also thought it was one size, but the product was actually too small. Even with the adjustment, I couldn't make it looser. The three back supports on the back of the product are nice, but I felt like they were actually stabbing me in the back with a knife. Also, the sidebars would be much better if they were a bit taller.
