Review on πŸ’™βœ¨ Blue Glittered FloraCraft Sand - 27.8 Ounces by Lori Aguirre

The glitter isn't worth it. sand yes No glitter.

I bought sand to paint letters with my preschooler. We pour sand into a casserole dish and she writes the letters with her fingers. I thought glitter sand would be more exciting for this practice as she LOVES glitter. Pros: Sand works well for this (we mixed black and purple). The sand doesn't stick to your fingers and provides good texture for this exercise. Cons: Glitter sticks to fingers. pots. and separated from the sand. It leaves glitter and sandy "dust" in the pan. My daughter who was trying to help blew on the glitter and the dust (superfine sand) blew all the way in my face. Also, the glitter isn't very visible in the mix (until you pour the sand back into the container!). (See photos). Next time I'll just buy sand and forget shiny sand.
