They stay in place while running which is great for me. The left one breaks off about halfway, and that's annoying. But honestly, I have blue tooth phones that I've had before, so I'm not surprised. still love her Alright, here's an update. I keep having trouble charging and connecting which is why the charging light comes on. Just didn't connect. Now I found that it melted when plugged in. I can't afford new ones right now. Unsatisfied. Update. I contacted Avantree and they got back to me right away. Turns out I didn't let them dry properly before plugging them in. And yet they answered me very quickly and immediately sent new ones. I am very happy with them. The best customer service I've ever dealt with. Another update. They don't work after you accidentally put them in the washing machine. Not sure how it happened. I will order more as soon as I have money. I still love headphones. Yes, and one more thing. The problem with their connection is still not solved. I had to wiggle the plug to turn on the red light. But that's my only complaint.
