simply terrible. It gets hot and the temperature controller doesn't work. Just spend your money and buy a GiGi. I had a Gigi Space Saver for 7 years but it didn't have temperature control and started using soft wax. It's garbage. When he first showed up he was very nice and tidy but the quality is terrible.
