I am a female and was able to fit it myself. Unfortunately, my steering wheel is only missing in one position, and it's crooked. Mine was only a few inches off, but that was enough to annoy me. I couldn't move it so I had to take it off and put it back on. It was crooked at the time, but I worked hard and moved it around a bit to get it perfectly aligned. It looks great as pictured and doesn't budge on my Prelude's 15" handlebars. I like him!
