Very good packaging. If it has not been treated seriously, you will receive it in perfect condition. I use them for coffee in my Keurig coffee maker. I was a little concerned they might not fit, but Goldilocks took care of me. Fits right and doesn't splatter. pencils are good for my hands; All four fingers fit. I use an upside down pet food lid to keep warm and this works for about 30-40 minutes. Insulated, made of wood?, wonderful case! Yes, I recommend these mugs. I might even use them for beer one day! Cold drinks with ice stay COLD for hours.
