So I decided to give it a try after I started getting headaches when working with multiple monitors at the same time. Once I started wearing them, it took me a while to notice that the headaches were gone. Now I'm not crazy about the style of the frames and I didn't buy them to look fancier or to wear them on the street. But in terms of buying to protect your eyes and say goodbye to headaches, these specialty glasses definitely did the trick. I'll buy a spare pair just in case. After researching a few options here on Amazon I'm glad I found them and will definitely be using them for the foreseeable future. For what it's worth, I definitely recommend them.
