Great quality, goes with skirts
I was impressed with the quality of this skirt - lots of layers of tulle, well tailored and very pretty with stars and moons . That was true of the pictures, although personally I'd say it's a little better. I ordered size 9-10 for my skinny tall 8 year old and 11-12 for my skinny tall 10 year old and they fit perfectly.
