I am satisfied enough to buy two more pairs for my two boys. The shoes lasted half a year for my two very active boys - water, mud, piles of sand, mud, snow, rain - you name it! They are only now beginning to peel where the sole meets the shoe and most of the tread wears away. My boys are outgrowing them too so I have to replace them even if they aren't worn out. That's about as long as each shoe has lasted my older boy who is very picky about shoes so I think they are very durable and well priced. They are also very comfortable - never complain of friction or pain,
