As others have mentioned, this robe is quite thin. (I know: it looks fluffy in the photos. But it's comprised of fibers attached to a square grid. Imagine brushing the fibers upward and just seeing the grid beneath. Or holding it up to a light; you'd see light peering through the squares. I'd be able to see how many fingers you were holding up between this robe and a light-bulb.)That said. for $27? That's about right. It's pleasantly soft to the touch, and while it's not warm enough for folks who need something to wear before they fire up the stove in the mornings, it's definitely warm enough for those of us who live in a heated home and just need the equivalent of a knee-length light sweater on chillier days.I wear a size US 10-12/L and got the Large/XL size. I could probably fit another half of me in it! PLENTY of room!TL;DR - Like a long, light sweater. Expected quality for price-point.
