The quality of the product is not very good

The product was delivered with a defect, the rubber coating has mostly come loose from a strap that prevents it from slipping on the metal bar. The box it came in was open and dented, I don't know if it was sent back and resold or not. I kept it, no problem sending it back. I will not order anything from this company again.
