The change in customer service is amazing and they sent me a replacement so I changed my stars to 5 because it was as easy and quick as it gets. Thanks! I got it right away, you need to measure my 5 year old daughter from 8-12, no 8-12 would fit these, she is 46 inches, 46 pounds and 5.5. Why don't you make them the right size? $15 worth 3.
