very comfortable and very soft. I now have a mohawk so I had to tuck something under my wigs to keep them from falling down. It works perfectly. It's stretchy and also has a Velcro strap for an adjustable fit. I had no headaches from wearing them and I have chronic migraines. Would buy from this seller again 10/10
