I purchased a small with the long sleeves. While the body compression and torso sizing is perfect, the arms are very large in circumference and do not offer any compression. Also, the way in which the arms are attached make it a challenge to raise the arms above shoulder height, it is too constricting in that way. It definitely is giving me the core support while exercising that I am looking for having just had a surgery, but I would probably choose something else that better incorporates the arms.
