Owned for almost a year. The plastic cover ripped off very quickly. Plastic collected dust and dirt. This case is smaller than the bulky Otterbox. I think the protection is sufficient. As I walked down the stairs, the holster didn't fit snugly in the harness and the whole thing fell 29 feet onto the cement. I found the phone face down expecting to see a cracked screen. NO. The only damage was the vibration motor inside the iPhone and the rotating belt clip broke (lower priority).
