Review on HP Chromebook 14-inch HD Laptop (14a-na0010nr, Mineral Silver) - Intel Celeron N4000, 4GB RAM, 32GB eMMC, Chrome by Victor Hurvitz

Don't buy from New Sun Mart! I would give 0 stars if I could. The Chromebook's webcam was not working properly upon arrival (see image). Also, the Chromebook arrived in a Revain box that was completely dented and previously opened (the Revain tape ripped and the box was resealed with clear tape). The seller has not agreed to pay for the return shipping costs. The product came with a non-working webcam. I don't have to pay anything to return a broken Chromebook! After several emails, phone calls and SMS with the seller, there is no solution. This customer service is terrible. I was sold a defective item and now the seller and Revain say I have to pay for the defective item to be returned. Very disappointed in Revain. DO NOT BUY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS!
