This is bullshit. I ordered the correct cartridge, but it doesn't fit my printer. I have used other cartridges from other manufacturers in the past and they have had good luck. This brand does not work with my Canon multifunction printer. UPDATE: Before you throw yourself into a blind rage when you're dying to print something and realize the cartridge isn't the right one for your printer, take a deep breath. Then look at the orange plastic pieces on each end of the toner cartridge. Feel free to remove them. Insert the cartridge into the printer and print. The user manual (or rather "USERG UIDE") will point this out to you. Most of us don't feel the need to read the printer cartridge manual, hence the frustration. I haven't printed much yet, but the print quality seems to be good. Much cheaper than a branded cartridge from Canon, I'm satisfied.
