stopped working Cheap product

Only used 3 months or so, rarely used and already some buttons have stopped working. Now only animal sounds work. Keyboard and music don't work at all. Worst of all, the volume down button doesn't work, so it's incredibly loud. I would like to return. I do NOT recommend. Terrible cheap product.
