Overall a terrible product
There was no magnetic pen in the box. I contacted the seller through Revain and they told me to contact customer service but their seller page or insert doesn't say anything about how to contact them. The color was very opaque and not at all what I expected. I put them on a black base and they laid out in very streaks. I used a magnetic pen from another set and absolutely no effect. Maybe their magnet is stronger, but I don't know.
