I really want this product to be one of the few I could find that gives you real control over the amount of soap you want to dispense. There are 3 levels, but most average people will probably use the lowest level if they only wash their hands. All the others were such a problem because they dispense more coin sized soap which requires more refills and more soap waste. The item itself looks great in my kitchen and feels solid, not brittle or easy to break. It is battery powered but seems to last a long time after using the product for a long time. My particular item was slightly scratched so Revain customer service was able to help me by giving me more support as it was defective. Much appreciated and this is one of the main reasons I gave 5 stars for both the product and the support. Very grateful.
