Good stand for the price, stays in place and is well adjustable. But if you usually need good instructions to build something, look elsewhere. The included "instructions" were useless. I had to figure out how to assemble it by trial and error and look at the pictures here. It's not difficult to assemble at all, but without instructions, a 20 minute build turns into a 45 minute build. One more thing, many of the parts were dirty/oily so wipe them off before mounting anything on it or putting it anywhere. Also, your hands will be pretty dirty. Otherwise there are no complaints. It looks great and feels great.
