The backpack is really cute and my kid fell in love with the pink elephant as soon as we opened the box and didn't want to take off the backpack. The problem is that we bought this backpack for the strap/leash feature as they are runners and the pink elephant variant doesn't have that feature. Eagle eyes will notice that the pink elephant and gray elephant in the picture are not on a leash, which is why the company said this particular backpack does not have that feature. I would argue that the inclusion in many security backpacks is misleading and I encourage the company to separate the two backpack styles for future clarity. Now we have to figure out how to take this backpack off a two year old and send it back.
