Review on FileQL by Michael Lucas

It is easy to use - no other options required! I am able to set automated rules with very little effort from my side (even though it's not super simple). The UI needs some improvement regarding font size/color etc., but this does only apply if you have bigger monitors than mine so far ;) No complaints at all about that tool yet :) We are using their API in combination whit our own custom build SaaS where users can store files they upload themselves or download via webservices which we provide them access too through an OAuth flow without having any data stored by us ourselves. The ease of use is one thing I like best about this software. It is easy to set up rules and processes that can be used in a variety of different situations. There are some features that aren't as intuitive, but they do have an excellent support team that helps with any issues. I think the product could benefit from adding additional fields or options for some of the more common reports. I am solving problems related to data classification and managing files according to our internal policy.
