There is no volume control on the headphones and I couldn't turn down the volume through my iPhone 7. The default audio when pairing the headphones was as low as possible. on my phone. But for me it was too loud. Revain and the headphone techs tried to help troubleshoot the issue but were unable to resolve the issue. So I'm sending them back. The noise cancellation was pretty good. Not as good as the Bose, of course, but still blocks some noise. I was planning to use them as backups when my Bose is refurbished. They paired easily with my phone and had clear sound. They were comfortable enough, but I found them a bit difficult to put on without pressing the buttons. I was disappointed that there is no volume button on the headphones.
