Great service, easy user friendly website and quick response time
The interface is very simple & straight forward for users who are not tech savvy or don't have much experience in this field so it's great! I really like how fast they resolve issues when you contact them via their support team - if there is anything wrong (e.g., account security etc.) then within minutes of submitting your ticket through chat/email they will usually respond quickly by fixing whatever issue was raised asap :) No complaints here atm but maybe more options could be added such as being able send links which would make things easier? But other than those two small points everything has been good about jet drop thus far!! Would highly recommend anyone looking into cloud storage solutions should give jdrop some thought especially since pricing can get quite high compared to others out ther same price range e.g.; Dropbox vs JDROP.

- Easy way too access files from anywhere with an internet connection; also easy enough just drag n' dropping folders directly onto mobile devices.No need f o install any software, no annoying popup messages asking u tto add new apps that take up system resources unnecessarily..Very straightforward platform.Easily accessible even without needing computer / laptop ;) Very user
