How does that even happen?

I can't believe I'm writing this review. I have a lot of Tweezerman products and they are good quality for the price. Item broke within a month of purchase. Literally fell apart. First, all the bristles fell out on the short side. And this morning I partially noticed it. The plastic has destabilized. Like someone doused him with chemicals. I've never seen anything like this. Can't get wet? IDK, it's a cleaning tool, so what's the point, maybe it should be a "dry" brush haha! It was so amazing I had to post. So I'll replace it with something else. NOT THIS ARTICLE AGAIN :-)
