Loud and not so chill.

I recently tried a rotating fan and it was quieter and cooler than this one. The bladeless design means it uses suction (vacuum) to force air out, and like a vacuum, it's noisy. In the 3rd stage too loud. It cools the sides of your head and you can't direct it any other way when you want it blowing in your face. I'll find another fan.
