Update: Customer service reached out to me, and sent me a replacement item quickly. This straightener is definitely a vast improvement from before-- it gets a lot hotter and the charge time is less. Maybe I just had a defective one before? A lot happier with this one.I have only had this straightener for a little over a month, and it already broke. The hinge on one side popped off. Bummer my return window ended last week. It also doesn't get super hot, but that is kind of to be expected with a chargeable portable straightener.
- The ergonomic design is comfortable to hold and use for extended periods
- The straightener may not distribute heat evenly across the plates
