When I received this in the mail the original manufacturer's packaging with the product was in a large Revain mailer box. It looked like it had been crushed, but the thing inside was solid metal and everything was fine. MY PROBLEM: I put the receiver hitch in the 2" rear hitch on my 2020 Can-Am HD8 Defender and it wobbles so much. Totally disappointed with it! It should fit snugly on the receiver hitch, but slips too much. When the pin is inserted, it will rise and fall approximately 1 inch on the trailer. So it was like it was made short. This is a metric fit in an American standard coupler. This is too loose.
